This section explains the shipping practices and return policies of Switchy for any purchase that is made from Switchy, including any other services offered by Switchy (collectively, the “Site”).
What is the cost of shipping?
For all orders above Rs. 999, shipping is done free of cost. A shipping charge is applicable to all orders under Rs. 999 based on the PinCode entered and will be notified during the checkout.
How long will it take for the order to reach me?
From the time of shipping, it usually takes about 2-4 days for the order to reach you.
If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.
What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?
We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please call our service representatives at the phone numbers provided at Contact Us or Email us at email@example.com and we will try our best to resolve your issues.
My order has been shipped. Can I track it?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order
You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
What is the return policy on Switchy?
Most of our products are eligible for return and refund if the product is not damaged and unused. Products that have been used are ineligible to return.
If the product is eligible for return, you may write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery to request return and refund. Only products which are unused and undamaged with all its contents in original packaging can be returned.
How are returns processed?
Once you request to return a product via email or phone, a pick up is organised for the item. Our courier partners will come to pick up the item within 5-7 business days after your return request has been received. This item is then brought back to our warehouse where it is checked by our quality control team. Once the product passes the quality control, a refund is initiated.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing order. Please email us at email@example.com to request a cancellation. You will not be able to cancel the order by yourself on the website.
**Switchy reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.
How will I receive the refund for my cancelled or returned product?
In case of prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account / credit / debit card where the payment was made from. For Cash on Delivery orders customers will be required to provide bank details where they would like to receive the refund.
How long does it take to receive a refund for a cancelled order or returned product?
We will process your refund within 5 business days incase of cancellation of an order. In case of returns, we will refund the money after the product has been received by our warehouse and post completion of quality check. Please note, this entire process takes 1 week after the return has been picked up.
Can I return part of my order?
Yes. You can return any products that are eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery. Please mention the detailed information of why you are returning the item to process your return quickly.
The Product recieved does not work. What can I do?
This might occur in a very rare occasion as every product that leaves our facility is checked before shipping. In case your product still doesn't work, please call our service representatives at the phone numbers provided at Contact Us or Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your product is eligible for warranty we will send send a new product and pickup the old one.
